Pequenas Sessões Festival is an initiative of the music label La Petite Chambre and has the curatorship of

Daniel Nunes Coelho. Based in Brazil, the Festival focus on promoting the creative encounters between artists

of instrumental music.

All activities of Pequenas (exhibitions, concerts, workshops) aim at fostering an environment for artists to experiment music together.

In order to encourage unique performances, musicians are invited to join and interact with each other’s music.

In the course of 8 years, the festival has become very diverse and path breaking, happening in emerging art spots around cities like Belo Horizonte, Nova Lima, Sabará and São Paulo, with the participation of several international and national artists, such as Dosh (USA), Federico Durand (ARG), Hurtmold (BR), This Quiet Army (CAN) and Constantina (BR).
